In the settings panel store your company name and details along with your tax values. To create an invoice enter the sales items, descriptions and unit prices. The software will calculate the totals and tax along with any surcharges, discount and shipping. When the Sale button is clicked a PDF invoice is opened for viewing ready to print while at the same time is saved to your invoices folder, stored as your copy. Produce, print, email and save professional looking PDF invoices. PDF Invoice Generator comes with 2 template invoices. One that uses a logo and one not. You add your logo image file in the settings panel.
