1 Overview

The purchasing of Bizapps products indicates your acceptance of these conditions in their entirety. You should not continue if you do not want your details to be stored on Bizapps databases and or computers. Data provided by you will be retained within Bizapps. Bizapps undertakes not to provide this information to third parties for marketing purposes.

8 General
This agreement is the entire agreement between you and the owner and supersedes any other oral or written communication, agreements or representations with respect to the Software and Documentation. Nothing in this agreement will affect the statutory rights of a consumer in "consumer transactions" under any applicable statutes. If any of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable the validity of the remainder of the agreement will not be affected. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
